The most famous seaside pedestrian street of Larnaca. The most famous coastal road of Larnaca, Finikoudes, is 600 meters long and combines beach, entertainment and culture. Lined palm trees are planted along the coastal road. The sand is light, in various shades of brown and beige and its waters are calm and shallow. It is framed by the marina with its dock and fishing harbor on one end and a second dock and the Medieval Castle on the other. The beach offers a variety of water sports and also hosts large sand sport tournaments, as well as concerts on the seafront on both its central squares - one with benches and a fountain.
