Cyprus Theatre Museum

The Cyprus Theatrical Museum is housed in the Cultural Center "Panos Solomonides" and opened its gates to the public in 2012. The museum is divided into the following themes: "History" (a journey through the main stages of theatrical activity on the island) , "The Contributors" (exhibits related to the main stages of theatrical production) and finally "The Performance" (costume exhibition of important and emblematic representations of the island's theatrical history).Photographs, models, sketches, costumes, posters and audiovisual material document the contribution of theater actors - writers, directors, actors, stage designers, costume designers, choreographers, musicians, lighting and technicians - to creating a perfect performance.
